I worked with Rob to go over the plan, the proposed wiring and diagrams. He took the time to understand what the end goal of the entire remodel was, not just electrical components. I think this helped him to come up with some suggestions and recommendations that I had not considered. During the project, we ran into some tight spaces which required a few last minute changes, which Rob and his team were able to overcome without significant delay or outrageous overages in budget.

The installers were very knowledgeable of the project as well. They took the time to confirm to the specifications, and offered a few suggestions and recommendations of their own.

In the end, we chose to implement some of the recommendations which did cost a little more than we were expecting, however Rob and his team were very reasonable with the final overage charges and worked within our budget to make it happen.

I would highly recommend Rob and his team for your next wiring project.

When selling my home, I need some work done quickly to satisfy requests by the buyer.  I called and left a message about what I needed.  ESS promptly returned my call and were available the next day to do the work.  They showed up early for the appointment and worked efficiently.  They did a good job of explaining my options and the costs involved.  They did nice work at a fair price.  Overall working with ESS was a great experience.

Had to have some repairs made for the sale of our home. Home buyers request was vague so everything wasn't completed on the first trip. Came back out to fix the problem as soon as we noticed it. Great service, would use them again.

Called to have them fix an issue I was having with my basement lights tripping my breaker. Couldn't get the problem fixed since it wouldn't trip while the tech was at my place, but customer service was top notch and I will be refunded the service charge. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

Great company. Have worked with them twice so far and their professionalism and courtesy have been amazing. They are very quick to respond to requests and are fairly priced.
