I had to change an electrical panel to a newer model as the one installed at the time was a Zinsco and being my first time, i had a lot of questions. The office administrator, owner (Dennis), and electrician (Bill) were all incredible. They answered every question patiently, gave me a bunch of extra info, and most importantly, when I decided to go with them for the work, they did not disappoint. Price was much better than expected and hundreds below quotes from others in the area and the area was left pretty clean afterwards. I just patched 2 inches of dry wall (new box shorter than the old) and swept a bit, then it was all good as new. Great team, great work, very knowledgeable. Universal Electrical Services - they are the real deal.

I was more than a little skeptical about finding a reliable electrician online before I called on Universal Electrical Services. They were courteous, on time, and professional. As a Real Estate Agent, I'm very careful whom I refer to my clients, and I'm glad to say that I can / will confidently recommend them to anyone who needs an Electrician.

I had a ghost in the electrical works at Club Cabeza, I was in desperate need. I called Dennis at UES and had a great experience all around, here's why: * Marcus, friendly electrician, was polite, knowledgeable and courteous * Dennis said Marcus would be here at 8A, and he was on time, big BONUS! I cannot stand contractors and the like who aren't punctual. * Pricing was better than anticipated. #Score! * My disco ball and associated lighting is back in action, chicka chicka yeah! UES comes highly recommended. I plan to use them for all my electrical needs henceforth. Perhaps a new storm generator is in the cards? Cabeza, OUT!
