I just got all of my windows replaced and as a result all of the builtin sensors were removed and the wires left hanging. I was trying to figure out if i should go wireless or just rewire so researched on the web and found and called Electronic Security Concepts (ESC) to see if I could buy a wireless sensor. I then went down and picked it up. In the store I was impressed by the staff and since I was not all that excited about my current security company I talked to them about pricing and performing a an audit to see about having them take over the service. This was right before Thanksgiving and we agreed walking out the door that they would send someone over the week after. After not hearing from them and not being able to quickly trace my steps i called my current security company and asked them to come and reinstall 13 sensors. Not more than 2 hours later I get a call from ESC stating they could have someone old the following week. I informed them that I had already contacted the old company because I hadn't heard from them and couldn't quickly track them down. In the conversation I explained that when I inserted the battery into the wireless security sensor I had purchased from them the brass arm that makes the positive contact with the battery and holds the battery in place snapped off. After explaining i was told I should bring it back in and they would replace it. End of call. one hour later the phone rang again and it was that same person at ESC. She called to inform me that she had provided bad information on the broken sensor and was correct by the owner. The owner had her call me back to tell me that they couldn't replace the damaged sensor  but if i brought it back they would sell me a new one at a deeply discounted price.  Non of this detracts from my feelings about the staff how greeted me and helped me that day before Thanksgiving. 
You take this review for what's its worth and think under the covers on it. I'm pretty sure I could write the ESC reply to this......
