Do not go to this store the service is horrible as soon as I walked in with my kid in a stroller they automatically look at you as if your going to steal had an employee come up and ask me if I needed help and when I said yes and asked her a question she had nothing but attitude and act like she really didn't want to help at all I've been in the store multiple time and it's the same thing everytime so needless to say I will definitely be taking my business else where!

I have been going here for a year now. Even do I have the OBT close and international drive store closer. But I don't care the driving to Kidman rd . I love this stores the people in there are so nice the customer service is awesome the price are good to

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is the absolute worst. The price of the hair do not match the price when you get to the register which is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The store manager is as clueless as she wanna be. She doesn't even know what she is doing. The employees are very RUDE & ghetto. They do not care about the customers, all they care about is gaining commission. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL...& THEY DON'T RESOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE. I would give this store a negative star if I could. DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.

Crappy experience. Crappy store. I forgot why I didn't like this store so i went in again to check it out with my fiancé while at publix. Prices are overpriced. Low stock. Every wig is nappy and trashy looking! COMB the show wigs. Had to go all the way to the front to ask for wig assistance. Awhile waiting foreverr. When the girl finally came to the back she completely ignored me and helped this other woman. Looking things up and all!!! I was pissed. idiots. All of them are as dumb as they look. I left without purchasing anything out of horrible customer service.
