Okay first of all the name has it all wrong, because there is nothing elegant about this place. This is probably the most unprofessional group of people that I have ever met in my life. Very loud on their phones and lounging around, and god forbid you ask them a question about a product or a suggestion. The first time I went here it was very nice and I enjoyed the service, in the last 6 months this place has gone so down hill. There is no professionalism here, when I would ask the technican a question I got ignored and was not even given a smile. The decor is another thing but I am willing to look past it if the service is well but that did not seem to be the case.  Another thing that was concerning when I asked another technician who didn't do my own nails a question about the prices she stated and I quote "I'm not sure you have to ask the person who did your nails we all charge different prices". Now, that does not sit well with me people could be overcharging for a service that isn't much at all. To conclude, there is dozens of nail salons in deltona save yourself the trouble and go to a real one.

I've gotten my nails done for years and this is the. Best salon I have ever found !!! Mike is amazing and everyone that works there is professional ,courteous and do an amazing job. I highly recommend !!!!!!

I really like how my nails came out,  I'm planning to go tomorrow again for my second time. Mai was my nail tech she was very nice and took her time which I love.

BEWARE......they DO NOT sterilize their tools as per the FL Dept of Health regulations. I had to ask for clean tools,  I wasn't about to let him use the tools I had just watched him use on the person right before me.  On top of that, I have been there several times and they arent the friendliest nor do they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Just another nail salon that'll be out of business in a year or two from now.

I had an amazing first experience but my second experience was AWFUL! There is a Puerto Rican woman who says she has been working there a year. I had this woman as my nail technician and she was very rude and rough with my hands and nails. I tried making conversation and she was very short with me and rude with attitude. She did not even ask me if the length she was doing is what I wanted. She did not even put any effort in to the designs nor did she allow me to watch as she did it. Instead of a normal arm rest she made me hold my arms over a cotton ball container and kept hitting my fingers down as she was doing my nails! Then she stops in the middle of doing my nails, doesn't say anything to me and walks over to this family and has a conversation with them laughing at the other end of the room. Had no customer service nor respect! This was the WORST experience I've ever had! My nails came out crooked, built up pink powder under my nails with all of them different sizes and have been hurting from her aggressiveness for hours now. Never going back to this woman again!
