Service unlike any I've experienced at 5 star hotels.  You will want for nothing.  Nikki is amazing, as is her staff, and her positive energy is evident throughout the site.  I recommend Elements for those who need some serenity, to meet like minded people, and for former campers who aren't into sleeping on the ground anymore, but crave being surrounded by nature.  Will be back, guaranteed.

Awesome place to relax recharge and a little pampering.  Its a 5 star hotel with soft walls amazing place.

Well first things first..... this place ruined regular camping for me.... IT WAS AMAZING. Talk about amazing service. The staff were awesome, always there when you needed them and super easy to get ahold of with your handy walkie talkie if you need anything. The place is SO accomodating if you have any food allergies or preferences. I cant have dairy or wheat and i was able to choose from a bunch of options. The chili was amazing and the gluten free vegan smores.... LET ME TELL YOU. I will dream about them for the next month i swear. The tent was the perfect size and the bed was super comfy, i slept like a baby. It was a bit chili when we were there but we had a mini fire place in the tent that warmed us right up. It also rained unfortunately BUT they came by with umbrellas and theres even a covered business center with fire pits so you can still cook you food when it rains..SWEET! They came to start our fire in the morning so we could cook our breakfast over it. A great selection for breakfast too! When it was finally time to leave we even got a goodbye treat on our way out and were also asked if we needed anything for the car ride home. It was unlike any camping experience ive ever had and im not sure if i can go back to regular camping again.

I can honestly go on forever but you just have to go and experience it yourself. It will not disappoint. Will be back for sure!!

Great experience and very relaxing! Beautiful and clean rooms. Service is fantastic, food is great and employees there are very helpful and friendly! Atmosphere and scenery is so relaxing 😊😊
