Beautiful space, knowledgeable staff, relaxing atmosphere, and Ellen did a fabulous job. The energy in the space is clear and it's very easy to relax and enjoy your session. Additionally, I've seen other massage therapists for the deep pain in my shoulder before, but she has been the only one who has truly been able to make a difference with it and for that I am very thankful, and will absolutely be back again.

Very disappointed with my massage this evening.  My therapist seemed to be very inexperienced.  They lacked the intuitive touch that is required to perform as a competent therapist.  The therapist was able to locate a couple of problem areas in my upper back but was not able to relieve them in any way.  Too little pressure focused in the wrong areas of my back.  It was as if I were receiving a massage from a person who had never received a massage.  The therapist just did not seem to "get it".   My usual therapist is Cecily who has always done an excellent job.  Given the difficulty in securing appointments with competent therapists at Elements I will continue to look elsewhere and likely discard my remaining Elements gift certificates.

I've been an Elements customer for nearly two years.  Every appointment has been exactly what I needed.  I'm always amazed at the professional skill, friendliness and courtesy of everyone.  Elements has definitely contribute a great deal to my health and happiness.

The atmosphere is very relaxing. The desk staff were so friendly and welcoming and the massage was the best I've ever had. It was my first visit and I'm already planning another. A hidden jewel of East Longmeadow.

I have been a monthly member for several years now and always look so forward to my appointments.  The staff and therapists are always so welcoming, unhurried and professional.  Massage is a wellness gift I give to myself that I feel is beneficial to body and mind.
