Sleek facility, very good therapist, reasonable time windows for scheduling. I had a problem when I needed to cancel on short notice due to illness There is a sign posted in the waiting room requesting that clients reschedule if fever or signs of flu are present which I attempted to do. I was shocked to be told that I would be charged a $75.00 fee for this. I am a member and had paid for 3 massages the previous month. Then, somehow the salon booked me for an appointment for the following week. It appeared in my calendar 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. Will I be charged for this "missed visit"? Shady practices to repeatedly charge my credit card. I won't be continuing my membership after the 3 month contract expires.

I was impressed that the therapist (Rachel) took time to find out about my needs, not just give me a "one size fits all" massage. She was very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and listened when I told her about my previous massage experiences.

Offers a variety of masseuses, easy to book online, they track all monthly fees AND credits, and has a great level of service. It's not a fancy spa but if you just need a great massage, this is it. They make it really easy when life is stressful enough as it is!
