My husband and I just leased a 2017 Highlander from Elgin Toyota. Anthony Cannata was our salesman and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough as well as being very personable. We had shopped quite a bit before this and found him the best salesman and we got the best price. I would highly recommend you contact him for your next purchase or lease. It is worth the drive!

We went to Elgin Toyota with our mind set on buying a Honda Odyssey that they had. Pete Molina assisted us and never pressured us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We ended up leaving as the proud owners of a Toyota Sienna. Pete did everything in his power to make sure we were completely satisfied. If you need a car....go see Pete Molina at Elgin Toyota. You will not be dissatisfied.

More than disappointing. I don't think we could have been treated more poorly. Went in to purchase a car. The salesman knew we would be back with all information needed and down payment within 2.5 hours. He told us he would be leaving earlier that evening and tried to push the sale back 2 days?! He told us he would send it back to get cleaned up for us so we could complete the sale more quickly and be on our way. We showed up to complete the sale in under 2 hours only to find out they had sold the car already . They then tried to sell us another car for 4K more which was not the model we agreed on. The manager told us he could look for another car like the one we agreed on but that he would have to use his dealer credits to trade for it therefore it would cost US more?! We told him we felt he should make it right and find another car and not up-charge us because of the way we were mislead. This is the way Elgin Toyota treats American Servicemen? Shameful and underhanded is how we feel about Elgin Toyota. No stars given for this experience.

A nice lot for vehicles to check out after-hours if needed. Sales reps were not pushy when I visited. The vehicle I wanted to see had been sold, but they went through their inventory for anything else I might be interested in. When I did not find anything, they did not try to sell me anything. Interior of the sales room was clean, lot was well-kept.

Picked up my 2017 Camry on 6-12 and like the car. I must say that next to Toyota's great rep the nicest part of the car shopping experience was dealing with the salesperson Antony Cannata. His knowledge, expertise and professional yet friendly manner made this a great experience. He listened and answered my questions and when it came to the sales there was no high pressure and he gave me time to decide, which I really appreciated. He was very patient and helpful in explaining all the cars features to me. I've purchased over 15 cars in my life and Anthony is the best. Need more like him Thanks
