I worked with Jerry in August 2010 for an asphalt job at our ranch, adding about 1000 sf of asphalt and some repairs. Even a speed bump! :)

He and the crew were prompt, courteous, tidy, and they followed up on a few questions I had quickly.

Asked several local paving companies for their bids on this; most blew off this small job but Elias did all that I expected at a fair price. They have earned my business in the future.
