We offer online virtual appointments to anyone, and in person private appointments in Billings, Bozeman and Livingston Montana. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I was only in town for a week and not only did he agree to see me and inspect my ring I was taking it in for an inspection but he agreed to fix up a prong on my ring and then topped off multiple prongs without even charging me. He had it back to me in 3 days and it looks as good as the day my husband gave it to me! Elichai is not only a trustworthy jeweler but is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice about my ring. I would send anyone to him!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience designing our wedding bands. Had a wonderful time working with Elichai, from creating the look I wanted to picking out the stones myself! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!
My fiance and I got in contact with Elichai about working with him for our wedding bands. We met in Montana and wanted to use a Montana artist and Montana sapphires, and once we met with and talked with Elichai, we knew almost right away that he was the right person for what we wanted. He designed a custom band for me to contour around my engagement ring and took a family ring of my fiancé's and replaced the stone and setting. He was also so wonderful to work with throughout the entire journey, he was upfront and very easy to communicate with. We are so glad we went with him for our bands and would highly recommend going to him for any jewelry work you need!
Elichai was extremely easy to work with from the start. My soon to be fiancé and I were referred to Elichai by my brother whom had worked with him for his engagement ring. He was very responsive and open to suggestions that we had while adding in expertise/advise of his own. The final product for the engagement ring and 2 wedding bands were spectacular and all we had planned for! He has custom designs that are unique to his own make. Highly recommend Elichai Fine Jewelry.
Elichai was so wonderful to work with! He listened to my wants and needs and came up with a beautiful design. His craftsmanship is outstanding! I'm beyond pleased with my ring. He made the process from start to finish easy and fun.
My experience with Elichai fine Jewelry has been wonderful, I have special ordered several custom made pieces and every single one of them have now become my most favorite. Some of them simple and some of them very unique. Eli is wonderful at working with me to make sure the pieces are exactly what I want, And thanks to him I do call my pieces that he made for me heirloom pieces that I will pass down. I would suggest them for anyone who is looking for custom, quality and unique work I am already looking at designing my next piece
Yes, I've been an awful customer. From 1000 ft away any jeweler can see that I am not the target demographic, and all I will ever need is maintenance on my current jewelry. I will never need another custom piece of jewelry, and that is all Elichai does. On and off I've been in touch with the owner over the past 5 years, and although it's been painfully obvious that a relationship with me will result in zero sales, he has been nothing but giving of his time and expertise. Now five years later my wife's wedding ring needs some work... Where should I go? Elichai Fine Jewelry. Hopefully my review will sway you to buy from him and I can repay his kindness.
We've had an amazing experience with Elichai and his staff. The ring he designed and created is stunning. I was astonished his ability to recreate what we envisioned from really vague descriptions. Super personable and easy to work with. He is easy to get in with here in Billings and they even accommodated an appointment for me outside business hours to choose gemstones.
