Horrible place I figured I check it out and get myself a haircut here. I was never asked what number I wanted on my sides. I brought in a simple picture to the salon and I think her daughter cut my hair. I did see many flaws after she cut my hair She shaved the back of my head too much that it ruined the whole haircut how are you going to let someone inexperienced cut hair. You can't get away with things like that in a restaurant but not a hair salon. And the worst part is they don't refund you.

This salon is wonderfull if you ONLY have Vanessa be the one providing any of the services they offer. She is the only reason I still walk through their doors. She takes her time and cuts your hair the way you ask not how she wants too. I have had my hair butchered twice by Lisa whom every time cuts my hair how she wants. This last hair cut I had shoulder length hair to begin and requested a simple angled bob and even brought in a picture of what I wanted unfortunately I ended up with a pixie cut. I began to cry once I saw the end result and her excuse was that my hair wasnt long enough for the cut. Wtf it was shoulder length! I couldnt believe my eyes once I put my glasses on to see my hair cut. I have really thick hair and its common for them to thin it out a lot so I didnt think anything about it when the scissors got closer to my scalp. Please don't get butched up! If Vanessa not in your best bet is going to another salon.
