Summers coming up and I wanted to get right(and stay right) so i looked into getting a personal trainer. Tiffany whooooped me in shape. Her workouts never just focus on one muscle. You are constantly working with at least 2. She works to your comfort and speed but with her own rules and regulations. Defiently pushes you for the greater you.

So the other day I stopped by elite athletes performance after my coach told me to go and see this gentlemen named Gabe. I had doubts because I was not expecting this training facility to know what was wrong with my back. I have visited highly recommended chiros and I persisted with the same pain after being adjusted and consulted. Let me tell you, When I say I was shocked, I was extremely shocked! The atmosphere was great! Very family oriented. I was treated immediately and effectively! There was no guessing, or laziness. Everything was strait forward and to the point. they asked me how I felt and what was bothering me and attacked the problem. Excellent service. The staff really cares about the members here. They didn't just make me feel important, THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN ATHLETE! As for the pain in my back that consistently bothered me to the point that I did not fee like myself, RELIEVED! My back is already feeling better. Thank you for your time Elite Athletes Performance! I will definitely be returning! And anyone who is interested, GO! You wont regret it!
