Rude service.  Offered coupon in flyer  but did not honor it and refused to launder some of my order.  I drive past here and use one farther away. Expensive prices compared to my other laundry.

Dropped off early Monday to have two small patches attached to garments. Attempted to pickup late Wednesday and the garments weren't there.  Had to wait 30 minutes while the guy had to go pick them up.  If you can't make good on what you tell customers then you will find customers going elsewhere.
