Story

Elite F'ing Meals is a farm-to-table Paleo prepared meal service that launched in November 2013. We utilize pastured and grass-fed meats, as well as locally grown, organic produce from farms within our community. Our seasonal menus change weekly, and we prepare our food fresh in a certified and inspected kitchen located in Rice Military. We deliver our meals all over Houston, or have them available for pickup at our kitchen. We also build custom meal plans and offer consultations with our nutritionist, tailored to individual goals.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have celiac so having a 100% GF kitchen is so important. Every meal is always delicious and the servie is great! Only reason for no 5 star is there is no way to customize meals. I am not supposed to have nightshades and have asked to leave them out, but unable to do so. But other than that, this place is great! Highly reccomend!

Elite F'ing Meals (EFM) are great tasting meals with excellent customer service!  About 6 months ago I decided it was time to take care of myself and eat a healthier diet (high fat/low carb).  Fortunately I am a member at a crossfit place where they introduced us and encouraged us to try EFM.  I work 12 hour shifts for 14 days straight so it is most convenient for me to get these delicious meals from EFM.  I especially enjoy their Ketogenic meals along with the Beef broth.  So 6 months into my healthier lifestyle journey....I am 30lbs lighter and I am going to continue getting my delicious meals from EFM to keep losing weight till I reach my goal.  Heck I've even bought some gift cards to give to some friends and family cause I know they'll love it too.

The service and variety of the food will speak for it self! But then you find out of the sourcing of the ingredients and find out it’s truly ELITE and no other meal prep company compares to the level of quality and flavor. If you are looking for a meal prep company that will deliver exquisite, quality, organic and palo do not look any further.
