Joe First off, I want to say thank you for everything.  You have helped me in so many aspects as an Soccer athlete.  To start, you helped me rehab my knee through individual sessions, something you did not have to do but were more than willing to.  The time I put in with you through that process definitely helped to speed up my recovery!  Then your training has been awesome.  I spent over three years at another speed, agility, and strength facility and saw a huge difference between Elite Gamespeed and them. Elite Gamespeed made me 10x stronger, faster and more confident as an athlete than any other training I've ever had.  Lastly your advice on nutrition has been so valuable.  your suggestions on carbs, protein intake, and anti oxidents have been so incredibly helpful.  Not to mention just how awesome, fun and encouraging you are as a person.  So thank you again for everything.  I wish you the best of luck with the football team this fall.   Dana

Best programs ever!!! They really take their time with my son, and focusing on speed, strength and technique.  My son saw immediate results, We are lifers!!!  Thanks Elite Gamespeed.

OUTSTANDING!!!! The classes are really amazing. They have helped me build muscle, work my core, and stay healthy and lean! The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and always are there to make sure i am doing each exercise properly in order to maximize and get the most out of my workouts. I like working out there because unlike a at a gym, the instructors really dedicate individual attention to everyone in the class. Also, the Elite Gamespeed facility is one of the best I have seen and trained in.. it has everything! Whatever you could possibly need is there! Definitely going to bring my friends to the boot camps with me!!!!!

As a mom, I am always looking for a great sprig break or summer camp for my children, EGS has it all.  The camps are amazing they keep my kids moving, having fun, competing with others in a fun atmosphere, and  getting athletic training all day. It is one of the best camps my kids have ever attended. I am a customer for life! They even have a parent night out, great idea.  Thanks EGS my kids love you and so do I! :)
