Worst experience EVER!! My hair was ruined. She blamed her mistake on me. I came in with my hair to the top of my butt & left with an above shoulder shelf that dropped to full length. I ended up with hair above my bra strap after going somewhere else to get it fixed but it wasn't fixable so I had to chop it all off. I've had long hair over 10 years, I'm  VERY unhappy. & I was not called back or issued a refund upon request. If I could give negative starts I absolutely would!!! 😡😤😡😤😡😤

I went in to dye my hair with my sister and asked her if she knew what a balyage was and she without hesitation said yes. After she had begun dying my hair she continuously asked me if she was doing the right thing which worried me because she had already begun. I came in to bleach my hair which is a huge deal. My sister had also came in for highlights which she also said she knew how to do, very well. My sister ended up with almost what would be blonde strips around her head with zero fading and my hair ended up purple in multiple areas. She said to give it time that the color would fade, a week later my color was ALREADY turning orange, regarding the fact that I bought a couple products she recommended for treatment. She was indeed very sweet and talkative. If you're looking for a friend this would be the place to go, but definitely not someone to get into your hair.

The lady is really friendly, but more importantly she gives a fantastic haircut. She asked me step by step if what she was doing was what I wanted. Finally found my hairstylist

Super nice ladies who do a good job at reasonable prices. They also give heavenly scalp, neck and shoulder massages. Love coming here!

A great job. My daughter also had her hair cut here and Kim did a wonderful job. Would recommend this salon to anyone.
