Working with this company and its owner Pat Munson was a total disaster! What was supposed to be a weekend job at my office turned into a 3+ week debacle that is still unfinished and is some of the worst contracting/painting work I've ever seen. Pat continued to have excuse after excuse, and lie after lie, as to why he could not finish and why things were not done right. From blaming Sherwin-Williams to claiming his car was impounded, the excuses kept coming and the work did not get finished. We now need to hire a real contractor to finish about 3-4 hours worth of work because Pat will not return calls or come back to the job. Stay far away from Elite Home Improvement and its "owner", there is nothing elite about them!
