My fiance bought my engagement ring from here. He was able to customize the ring just like he wanted. The sales associate even worked with him to put 2 ruby's on the side of the ring to match our birthstones. We came back 14 months later to look for wedding bands. The associate was extremely helpful and we found a perfect match!! The sales associate were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.

Purposefully payed to get something over night and it didn't come over night I got my money back for that. But was told they cannot track it to tell me where it is. So it finally showed up and it was not cleaned properly. The inside of the ring was not cut out correctly.

I wished I've never got my ring from here.... They're quality is poor. When my husband bought my ring it looked nice in the store under the lights. But after a few months the color started to change and it wasn't shinning like before. I'm constantly having to come back to have them put a new diamond in my rings. That's just terrible. I wish we've never purchased my ring from them. Please do your research and read the reviews before buying anything from them.

I want to preface this message by saying I do not typically write reviews of a vendor. However, my experience with Elite has been exceedingly positive and beyond any of my expectations I felt required to both review and give them my highest recommendation. My wife and I had made a purchase several months ago. We had a hiccup with the transaction and were initially not happy with what we received. The staff at Elite was professional and spent a lot of time working with us to find a solution. Ultimately, the owner of the company got involved, refunded our initial purchase entirely (despite a stated policy of no refunds for the type of work we had done) and offered us a beautiful replacement at a significant discount, spending a lot of time and care working with us on finding the right piece. All of this was offered after I had already agreed to just a partial refund, meaning they chased me down to make me satisfied...even if it meant addition costs for them. Elite was responsive, understanding and went way beyond what I would ever expect a vendor to do for a customer. The management cares...the owner cares and had personally spent hours of his time working directly with us on our purchase. Early into our dealings with Elite, I saw some of the negative reviews online, which admittedly made me a bit nervous. However, while I can't speak for what happened years ago when most of these reviews were written, I can say emphatically that this is company possesses the highest integrity and that they way they catered to my wife and I have made us lifelong customers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Trust is important when buying jewelry and you can trust this company.

The owner was extremely nice. I had a feeling by the look on his face, he saw that something bad was going to happen. Someone stole a similar ring a long time ago. So I was extremely happy that I finally found that gorgeous ring. His associate was very sweet to me as well!! ;)
