I called this company to give me an estimate. When I spoke with "Jamie" he said he would come out but didn't bring my phone number or Address and failed to call me when he got back to the office to inform me that he was unable to meet the scheduled appointment. He promised to come out on Monday so I call Monday and spoke with who I think was the owner who wanted my engineering report (which was an estimate) and I did not want to give them the report because I wanted a fair bid. The owner got upset with me and refused to give me an estimate and "passed on the job". 
1) Poor customer service
2) Poor communication
3) Poor attitude when speaking with customers
4) Poor knowledge of their own business (if they know what they are doing they don't need my engineering report they can send their own specialists out to determine the same thing)
