Terrible customer service! AVOID! The owner is no good and if you manage to make a deal (which will take an argument or two) try to keep because I manage to get one but failed to pay the other half on Friday due to a family emergency but he wasn't trying to hear that the next business day (Monday) even though I had the money and was willing to go that moment to pay for it. This guy thinks everyone is trying rip him off and has forgotten what it means to be a business owner and that's providing a positive/good service to your customer and providing an experience that will have customers wanting to use their services again or at least recommend it. If he didn't have a contract with the police department he would definitely be out of business, this guy is making money on people's misfortunes.

Elite Towing was very fast, the customer service was awesome and the price was fair! Definitely will recommend them.

I had my motorcycle stolen a while back, it was recently found and this company towed it. However when i found out it was even found they already had it for 2 days and somehow I now needed to come up with around 390 just to get it back. I tried to work something out with them but they refused. In the end I had to let me bike go cause it came up to around 600 as i can't come up with that much in just a couple days. This place is a rip off and i dont suggest it to anyone

I had the best customer service with everyone. My truck was stolen and the office made it a very easy for me to get it back. They had to jump start it for me and never once complained. Wish they could be in Phx would use them if needed!! Thank you so much for helping me with all of the drama!!!
