Elite Vandals is a method of fitness that uses functional varied movement at relative high intensities for time. We incorporate crosstraining exercises into every program we offer which include cardio through weightlifting. Elite Vandals classes are limited to small groups of people increasing the personal attention by the coach for each member. Elite Vandals provides all of the benefits of personal training at half the cost! By training in a group setting, you allow yourself to be pushed to your limits and beyond to challenge yourself and achieve new heights!

What makes Elite Vandals Gym so different?
We have a 10 person class, We have 1 trainer per class. Classes can range from 1-10, but NEVER over 10. We have Wodify a computer system that allows you to leave your pen and paper at home. It keeps track of your PR’s, also WOD’s and percentages. It is able to track daily leaders and allows you to become familiarized with fellow Elite Vandal members through individualized profiles. It's a one stop shop for all your fitness needs!
A Thought
30 day, 60 day, 90 day challenge, to me is waste. This is not a vacation this is a lifestyle change. People ask what about “before and after pictures”. I respond “Why?” I am not concerned with how your body looks, I am more concerned on how you and your body feels. I want you to be FIT. We want you to have that sense of accomplishment when you do a WOD and finish it! When you do it again, you will better than you were a month before. The change of you body is predicated on how hard you work. Will we have fun? Yes! Will it be challenging? Yes! Will you want to come back for more? Heck yes!!! Given my professional background I am huge on team work and accountability. We will be strong, but we will be strong together. This is our community and we set standards on the New Breed of fitness facilities. In fact, the least of our concerns is other gyms. Why? Well to be honest, we’re too busy getting better!
Every Member is an Athlete and will be treated as an athletic person. Don’t think you can become one if you aren’t one already? I can, we can, assure you that being an athlete is your only option. We don’t just lift weights, we jump, we run, we sprint, we do ladder drills, we climb, we push ourselves. Keep in mind this gym is NOT a crossfit affiliate gym, however with your Crossfit level one trainer you are surely to gain results with efficient movements and most importantly, safely. So when you hear the nay sayers, you smile and simply tell them, “Don’t get bitter, get better!”
