The coaches are awesome, the facilities have everything you need no matter what level you're on, or what you're training for.  Perfect place for anyone that is either brand new to working out, or is experienced. Classes that fit everyone, other members are friendly and supportive, coach led or private sessions. What ever you need...they will provide! Love this place! Love you guys!

This morning I did a drop in and had an awesome workout withTaylor Stallings. Awesome facility with an even better coach and athlete. Thanks Taylor for a great Sunday morning workout

I came in at 12pm and did a evaluation and assessment,  all the coaches are of the most professional you will see in altamonte springs,  they take alot of time to show you how an exercise is suppose to be done and pride themselves on hard work. I met with Harif which is the marketing manager and coach.. I never felt so comfortable around someone.. their gym is not cheap, but you pay for what you get.. they will motivate you and push you to success.. they will reward you for hardworking and dedication. Harif took his time to really explain their gym, their vision and direction. He gave me the most in depth assessment I have ever had. He showed me the right exercises and motivated me to make it happen. And he did it all on his time.. go here to crossfit tire factory,  after one visit you will understand why they should be considered the best.. I left at 3pm after a full talk and assessment,  which facility you know that will do that? In the end it's up to you, but don't make the mistake of going with the cheaper gym, you will regret it!!
