Despite not being a fan of MD's entire MVA system, I have to say this location is amazing. Relatively quick service on a Saturday and really fast on weekdays. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the greeter to the employees you actually interact with. It's worth the drive to not have to go to my local MVA office!

Always a wait. I pay enough to them they should be able to staff accordingly.

My other MVA experiences have been less than pleasant, but this was amazing! Mike helped me change my license over from NY to MD and it was quick. The only issues were the credit card machines were down so I had to go pull cash from an ATM, but the representatives held the spots for my boyfriend and I so we could pay the fee and leave quickly. My only other issue is the fee was $72 to change from an out of state to MD whereas it was only $50 to do so in NYC.
