I would highly recommend David Rosenbaum to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. He has helped me several times over the past few years, most recently with a condo sale and home purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed with his experience, knowledge of the area, and overall ability to guide me through a process that, at times, can be quite complicated.

David is extremely professional in everything he does and is more than willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions while taking great care to explain things in such a way that someone without much real estate experience can understand them. He's a great guy and extremely easy to work with. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Yaryna is a super star. My closing was absolutely a nightmare from the day we signed the contract for sale to the day of the closing because the seller was self-represented and delayed his responses to very significant, time-sensitive issues. Her experience, knowledge of the real estate industry,  perseverance and excellent communication skills made my closing happen and I am now a happy home owner. She communicated with the seller's agent, my mortgage broker and even called the township to talk to the original designer of the development to eliminate the possibility of oil tanks on the premises. I am beyond pleased with her services. If you are looking for a professional realtor who also has knowledge about the legal side of closings and has tremendous patience, hire Yaryna! You will not be disappointed.

I have worked with David before, so when it came time to move again there was no question as to who I would be reaching out to for help!! Dave helped to sell my home and purchase a new one! He was awesome to work with and only had my best interests in mind. He  continued to work with me even after I had closed, is always responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, hard working realtor!

I cannot say that I have ever had a more pleasurable buying experience than what my wife & I both just had with Ellen Rosenbaum Real Estate.  First of all, we were paired up with Yaryna Bogutskiy, who was an absolute dream to work with.  She understood our goals in terms of what neighborhoods and what price ranges we were looking for, she articulated the pros and cons of every scenario we presented her with and she laughed at our corny jokes (LOL)... We needed to work with someone who was flexible in the times as to when we can look for houses, and she definitely did that for us.  Then during the qualification process, she let us know what needed to be done every step of the way. This Real Estate firm is top-notch and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to work with a quality firm in the central Jersey area.
