The food and prices are great but the service can sometimes be slow

Update 1/17: I originally put four stars but I am switching it to 1. They completely changed their menu for the omelets, skillets and Frittata. I came here at least 2-3 times a month but this time I came and left. I own a restaurant and before I make any changes I ask my customers. My business caters to customers not what I feel like doing. they just changed it without even getting customer feedback! The waiter tried to see whatever she could do but she couldn't do anything about it so we ended up having a glass of OJ and left. I highly doubt I'll be here anytime soon. Also their portions got smaller and prices where higher

After visiting other Elly's locations, this is my fave.  Sometimes the wait can be long, but well worth it. The food is always hot & generous and the servers are friendly & fast. Cost is just right for menu items esp breakfast - yum!

Very clean restaurant. Food tastes great. Staff is helpful and friendly as well. If you want a 5++++ or 5star experience, ask for Sylwia to be your server, because she goes above and beyond to ensure you're pleased.

Place was always busy .a lot of wait staff.. very attentive Waiters.... large generous portions... quick-service, great place.. excellent price for the excellent service and good food

Overall a decent experience but a few items stood out as major issues. In our party of five, one person ordered her scrambled eggs "well done, actually really well done" and another ordered the gluten free pancakes. When the food came out and was delivered we needed to send back the eggs as the were just one small step above runny. They were returned with char marks from a kitchen torch, resulting in a propane taste. More concerning was that when we asked the waitress to confirm the gluten free pancakes, she realized that they were given to the wrong person. Two people in our group are diagnosed Celiacs and we were all quite concerned of a near miss medical issue. We applaud the gluten free options, but the wait staff needs to be respectful of their customers.
