I am the owner of this cleaners and want to clear a misunderstanding for the below review.
It was a white top and black bottom dress. Black color from the bottom bled and ran over to the top white part during cleaning and became grey.
Although it’s very rare, it does happen especially on first cleaning. Since it’s defected, you can usually return it to the store.
I thought you were going to talk to your wife and try to find a receipt, but since I have not heard from you, I thought you or your wife returned it already.
We have been at this location for about 15 years and been in cleaning business for about 30 years. We know how to clean and handle clothes but obviously, don’t know how to explain situations.
We are sorry for a misunderstanding. Although unfortunate situations happen, we try very hard to provide best quality and service for every single customer.

I wish I had a better experience. they seemed very good until I brought in a brand new, only worn once black and white expensive dress. after cleaning, it was GREY and black... I told them they ruined the dress and they said ......;thats how it is with  white and black clothes.... REALLY . you really think thats right. that would not. happen at a good cleaners. they would know how to handle a black and white piece of clothing ..I guess black and white clothing can only be worn once! they didnt care and didnt offer compensation and still charged me for the cleaning..
