This bookstore has no customer service skills. It is impossible to navigate their system. I did not receive a single email from the store and they sent me books on January 2nd, 2017 for an order that was claimed to be made on August 13th, 2016. My information was on file from previous orders. This order form says that the action for each book was "Do Not Add to Order" yet somehow I have semester-old books at my door without a single email or call. They have time to package and ship my books but they don't have time to calm the number on the order form. This college has enough issues handling student finances as it is. They should adopt a more profession and student-conscious bookstore. I have had great experiences at college bookstores elsewhere. Their details for refunds and returns are ridiculous and they prompt you to buy a books and sell it back when you will receive close to nothing when you sell it back.
