I saw Dr. Turf a few years ago. Wonderful bedside manner, very knowledgeable and caring. Took care of me right away and you can barely see my scar!! He's one of the best!! My sister inlaw used him also and had the ssme experience

The woman that had called me back to schedule my appointment had no clue how to answer any of my questions. No idea if they took my insurance. No idea how much the procedure I needed would cost. And she was horrendously rude and condescending. Not a pleasant experience at all. I just moved here from New York and was looking for a new podiatrist. Needless to say this will not be the location I move forward with. They should without a doubt get someone on the phone that is polite and professional and has an idea of what is going on in that office. Absolute horrific !

I found the people to be pleasant and the services adequate. The reason I no longer go there is due to an unauthorized bill of 1200.00. After 2 cortisone shots for tendinitis they shuffled me into another room to make "casts" of my feet for insoles. Needless to say I was shocked to receive the bill and 2 years later I am still paying it off.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Turf's for over 30 years. He took great care of me when I was in grammer school with a broken growth plate. Over the past 4 years, I have had major reconstructive foot surgery on both feet and once again, Dr. Turf took excellent care of me. His knowledge is second to none and he has a wonderful bedside manner with a sense of humor that puts you at ease. He genuienly cares about his patients and treats them like he would treat a family member. In addition, his office staff is outstanding. I never worried about my insurance as the staff was all over it which helped me to concentrate on getting better. I often tease Dr. Turf that I have retained him for life as I will be lost when the day comes that he decides to retire. Anyone who has concerns about their feet should go see Dr. Turf and the staff at Elmhurst Podiatry Center, LTD....you won't be dissappointed.
