I have been to the sleep center on three separate occasions. My first experience was OK until I had to take a shower to remove the "jell" that was used to hold the electrodes, especially in the hair. The shower was cold, the towel was inadequate and they couldn't locate a hair dryer. The second time I went, I tried two different face\nose masks and when I couldn't tolerate these devices, I was told, FOR THE FIRST TIME, that I had to leave the sleep center. It was 2:30 am!! I also was never advised that they had "other nose devices" that they could have tried before kicking me out! The last time I went, just a week ago, they never even performed the test that was ordered by my doctor, and suggested I needed to "come back" a 4th time! Needless to say I am NEVER going back there. I think all they care about is making money, and NOT the patient's well being. Again, last week no shower, since their hot water mysteriously went out over the night. There was some good news since they now had one hairdryer to share among the many patients.

Posed that they would follow up with next steps, but they do not have a doctor on staff and can not treat anything they diagnose.

Very much miss represented who they are and what they do.
