I've called with questions about registering an out of state truck and actually talked to a real person in a timely manner. Both times I've been in the office I've had less than a minute of wait time. I wish DMV offices were like this where I moved from.

I went on my lunch break, which is 30 min. No sign on where to wait for licence renewal, then the door stayed closed and when they did open she said sorry going to lunch.

Long line, but it was the last day of the month so there were a lot of renewals. People were friendly.
