I am biased. I've never had different dentists. I am going on 65. These are good people. They always take great care of me and my teeth. I have always been treated with respect.

I recently moved to Connecticut, so as a new patient, it was a little difficult to get an initial appointment here, but now I know why.  The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. The dental hygenists and dentists are gentle and thorough.  I haven't yet sat for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before appointments.
I have had no billing issues whatsoever with them.  I highly recommend Elmwood Dental.

Having worked for a dental specialist years ago, I was very careful in picking who my dentist would be... Dr. James has provided the most professional and expert dental care over the years.  His staff and his fellow dentists have always been friendly and caring.   Now that my children are done with care from their pediatric dentist, this is the office I trust to have them continue their care into adulthood.

I had been a patient of the former dentist there and he was great.  Their new group isn't nearly the same.  I just got off the phone with their billing group and I don't think I've been spoken to so rudely in some time. My bills are paid and I was just switching insurance due to a new employer.  Their office personnel was completely rude and hung up no me when trying to have a basic clarification of our insurance.  Unreal - will be switching dentists offices.
