Story

Being located in the Greater Binghamton Transportation Hub is an interesting location that drew our eye. Not only do we have a unique opportuinity to serve and meet people coming to our hometown, but we are located in the heart of downtown. We look to please all of our customers from travelers, to locals, friends, and family. We promise that once you try our menu you will be pleasantly suprised. We are focused on producing a high quality product at an affordable price in a timely manner. We named the place after our mother and grandmother, Elsie. We are keeping her memory alive with homeade recipes that we know you will love as much as we do. For years Elsie cooked for our huge family and if you know us you will know that great food has always been a part of our family. As a new place we are focused on improving and to do that your feedback is important, so please tell us what you think. We take tremendous pride in what we do, we promise to give our customers the outmost respect and effort in everything we do.
