What an amazing find! We stopped here for a quick lunch and left so happy. We had the BLT sandwich and the fried green tomatoes BUT sandwich and it was so delicious. Best BLTs we've ever had. If you visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge make sure to eat here. Only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because the homemade chips my sandwich came with were burnt and had zero flavor. But other than that it was a great experience. Our server was very nice , oh and service is fast.

Went there for breakfast.  Food was great and the staff was excellent.  Loved the wrap around porch and The outside was so pretty. Just a fun loving place altogether. Gotta love that Southern Hospitality!

Great place to grab lunch. We stopped in out exploring the area and were pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere very friendly staff.

I can't say enough great things about Elvira's! The atmosphere is fantastic, you can just be you. The service is outstanding and then there's the food....the food is crazy good! Everything is prepared in house with all local ingredients from the eggs, ham, bacon, beef, I could keep going but I think that draws the picture. Elvira's Cafe is just a one of a kind place and it is not something you should skip when you are in the area!

Had heard about this restaurant in the Smokey Mountain area of East Tennessee for years. Expected something different and special food-wise. It was sandwiches and a few salads. Food was good but not special. Breakfast menu looked good so try it for breakfast if you are in the area.
