The best, most fast service in town fro laundry and dry cleaning.! I love the lady who works there who is always super helpful and nice.

This time, Kya ? the mgr,  assisted during my visit.  She was awesome:  knowledgeable about fabrics, detailing on clothing, etc - efficient and went the extra mile to assist.  I could not be more satisfied.

Infailingly prompt, high quality, and rapid service, provided by an able, courteous staff.  The out hours drop off and pick up system is an added benefit

8/2024 - outstanding cleaning of my white quilt, esp with the noticeable spot in the center of the piece.  I was also pleased with the time Mgr Kia took to research care for a certain type of blanket.  Great service, great coupon prices. Worse dry cleaners in Boston, this Mass Ave location is the worse. Lady always has a bad attitude and miserable, just go home lady if you don't want to deal with the public.

The worker was very helpful in a timely way that made waiting not a problem when there were others waiting also .

I brought in a few dresses- one being a bridal dress that had tough stains on it. I didn’t think they’d be able to get the stains out but the dress looks as good as new! 10/10 recommend

I LOVE this laundry service all because of one of the workers there: I believer her name is Nikia? I may be misspelling her name, but she is easily the sweetest human being who so generously makes sure I am paying for the right kind of service for my clothing needs. She has been accommodating, patient, and a warm ray of light in my day every time I go. And my clothes come back BEAUTIFULLY ironed. I will use this service for as long as I live in Boston. Thank you so much!

The customer service was  beyond my expectations when I entered for the first time. And I don't care where I live, I will and only give my dresses there. My recommendation is for the business to open more wishing sites in Boston.  Thanks.

Very bad experience...the other clerks were fine, but their manager Nikia, I think her name was, was very cold and rude. I can't go into too much detail or I'm afraid she'll find out who I am and call to harass me. She didn't actually do anything with my clothes, but ended up telling me she was do me a favor. I don't quite understand why, it's a scam.
