They don't answer their phone, they don't know what they are doing, extremely rude. I flew from Vegas to get my documentation done, did exactly as instructed by them, then they tell me documents are wrong and they can't get it done! I flew from Vegas! They wasted my time and money! Being a Jordanian I expected better treatment or at least a staff that knows what they are doing. Extremely disappointed.

It takes forever for them to answer their phone, Never reapond back to e.mails, My sister missed her flight to Jordan because of one of the employees their who promised to help while w're waiting at the airprort for her to call or e.mail us back, When we called back she was HOME already !!
These are the representatives of Jordan... What a shame !

we still in Jordan >> careless nobody answer the phone for more than week .. and some time the leave the line open .. is anyway we can report them  ?

Been trying to reach the embassy for the last month, need to ask what paperwork need to bring with me for power of attorney , called and called and no answer, then selected the option # 4 and left a message and no BODY CALLED BACK, I live in DALLAS TX, and need to know what to bring with me before I fly to DC. UNBELIVABLE.
