My fiance is a gold member, but this was my first stay with Embassy Suites. The room was beautiful and the staff was very kind and courteous. We were there for an event with many people trying to check out before the meeting started. The staff remained courteous even when people tried cutting in front to ask questions. They were very focused on taking care of each guest even when the guest wanted something outside of the "rules". I was impressed.

The Embassy is our hotel of choice. The full course breakfast is all that and then some. Service is normally good. The happy hour and cooked to order omelettes are above the rest. It's a great place for family, business and leisure. It's very close to the airport as well. The rooms are very spacious and most come with a full size pull out. So check it out, I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Being a traveler who averages 150+ nights a year in Hilton properties I'd describe this location as just average. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in but the property is dated. The water feature in the atrium isn't operable which creates an eyesore. The rooms are large but quite dated in their decor and features. I can't recall the last time I was at a property that didn't have power outlets on the night stands. The only issue I had was I called the desk and set a wakeup call but never received it. I would stay again if I had to but I'd be certain to request a room away from the highway.

The first room Embassy Suites gave my husband, daughter and I had dirty sheets in both beds. After requesting a new room, they gave us a non smoking room which smelt strongly of cigarettes. Then they gave us a third room which was finally acceptable. Later, they charged us for food and drink totaling $85.00 which we did not order. We talked with the weekend manager on duty and she said not to worry, the charges would be dropped. She even gave us a receipt with a credit card approval number showing the charges were refunded. Nevertheless, 5 days later they charged our credit card with the fraudulent charges. We challenged the charges via our credit union, and the entire episode ended with the account manger wrapping up the incident with a "Well, I guess that takes care of that." I not sure if this was an outlier, but given what happened, I would warn anyone against this Embassy Suites.

Really loved the suite we stayed in for a convention and the cost was not very much more than the standard room. The seating area in front was spacious and the sleeping area in back was perfectly segmented for noise reduction. The manager's reception and breakfast buffet was great.
