This is our second stay here.  The room was great and even ready early.  We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and a couple free beers, Goose IPA, from the reception.  We had done the wine tasting during the day.  Breakfast is mostly the usual from all the Embassy Suites, but they also added a couple special omelettes.   We'll be back there next time in Napa, too.

My biggest pet peeve is when pictures are deceiving. I compared this hotel to another one that I was debating on staying at In Napa. I chose this one because the pictures looked nicer and prettier and thought wow this is a nice hotel.  It's also misleading. In the pictures it seems like this hotel is located directly in the valley with a view if you chose that specific room. The room doors here are facing outside not in.  This hotel looks very outdated and old and not well kept. I had baby ants all over my room and had to take my luggage and purse off of the floor because now I'm paranoid that I have ants in between my clothes. This hotel needs some extreme TLC. I wish I would have chose the other hotel..

The layout of the hotel is really gorgeous - felt like a very upscale resort for the most part. The staff we encountered we're all very personable and the customer service was lovely. Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin and our room was overlooking the roof.

Stayed in the presidential suite. Great room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suggested a comedy show that night at a local theater. Some friends that were supposed to stay with other friends at another hotel ended up staying in our room once they saw it.

This place was a little old and the dust on some of the vent really showed its age. The staff was nice. The rooms were a good size. There's complementary breakfast which is a bonus. Not sure why we needed to pay for parking, there's tons of it.
