We hired them to address an ongoing leak that other companies had failed to fix. My husband is in the construction field himself and was very impressed with Mr. Lister's level of knowledge and experience in his craft. I appreciated that he explained everything to me, as well. Work was completed when it was promised, at the price it was quoted. And they were so nice, my kids were sorry when the project was over, though we were happy. Would definitely hire again.

Mr Lister does great work, is VERY knowledgeable regarding chimneys and fireplaces and charges a very fair price. We've hired other chimney cleaning services and never really felt secure with the results. Dave did the work himself and was happy to explain every step of the process. We'll definitely have Embers to Ashes back as we use our fireplace often.

After reading many reviews I decided on this company. Dave came out and did a thorough inspection. He fixed my damper  for a very low fee. I was previously quoted nearly $5,000 and he fixed it for under $50. He's an honest guy and will give you honest advice if it can save you money. I'm really glad I chose Ashes to Embers and I definitely recommend this company.

Recently our chimney caught fire and we needed to have a after fire inspection as recommended  by the fire department. I ended up calling four chimney sweep company's to set up a appointment to have the inspection done . The first company never called back, the second company was very rude and was offended by me asking questions, the third company I made a appointment with was a no show.I then called Embers To Ashes they were very polite took time to answer all my questions and concerns and show upon time the next day.They found the liner was cracked due to the chimney fire and helped us a file a insurance claim to do the repairs.They were very professional knowledgable and did a beautiful job would recommend them highly to all who need a great chimney repair company

I was concerned that squirrels had begun building a nest in my chimney.  David responded quickly to my phone calls, made an appointment for the next morning, and arrived exactly on time.  In spite of slippery drizzle, he and his partner assessed the situation and provided a solution.  I believe the quick response prevented a serious problem currently, and I have peace of mind that no critters or birds will gain access in the future.
