Shawn was excellent. Our ac unit went down on a Friday night around 5 pm. In desperation I started calling to find a repairman open. Shawn answered the phone.  Although this company is not open on the weekends shawn helped us diagnose the problem. He even agreed to come help us if we weren't able to solve the problem on our own. Will definitely call him for future needs. Very friendly. Thank you

Shawn  and his employees are awesome. They couldn't figure out the issue right away and so they were willing to come back  this coming Monday to get it figured out and fixed. I am so glad they are the first company I called!

You won't find better.  Excellent customer service...
Late last Friday (June 10) I realized that our AC was broken.  This was particularly disconcerting because I had two sick kids and family coming from out of state on Monday.  I called several places to see if someone could come out and all were scheduling out in the mid/late of the next week.  It was after 5pm when I called EMCO and Shawn spent 30 minutes going over some of the possibilities of what could be wrong.  I was most impressed with his willingness to take the time to explain things so that I could potentially get it working on my own (and I did).   He was great and I will call EMCO the first time if I have any other AC issues.
