I am local and have visited the Emerald Coast Urgent care on many evenings and weekends over the years and have never had a bad experience. The nurses and doctors are wonderful, friendly, helpful and always help me and my family get back on the road to recovery. We have never had to wait very long even when the waiting room appears full. Highly recommended!

Saw us within 10 minutes. PA Jackie and Nurse Josh had awesome bedside manner. Jackie got a fish hook out of my cousin's knee without any pain, and it was really in there. Highly recommend!

Took my toddler for an urgent care visit while my husband was deployed. They then sent me a bill for $82 in April of 2016, which I paid for right away (I have proof of it in my bank account), they still sent me to collections in September of 2016! Been trying to fight it off, as Emerald Coast Urgent Care washed their hands off of their mistake, and told me to deal with the collections agency about it. Which I can never get a hold of. Now we are trying to purchase a home and this is haunting us....for something we took care of right away. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, they are only interested in your money....Even when you actually pay for their services!
