If I could rate them 0/5 I would!I had a bill for $500 dollars..they called me once to get a payment..never got any bills from them after that...they sent me to collections and I reached out to them and they said it was my responsibility to remember to pay...Dont you guys have a billing specialist that would send out letters if you guys wanted our money...instead you’re going to send me to a bill collector and ruin my credit :) Thank you so much for no calls back after the number of voicemails I have left regarding this situation!

Awful - incomplete work on ED visit. Stitches were shoddy, have nerve damage and they never dealt with anything beyond stitch and shove out the door. Then came billing - traveling so this is out of insurance - they are charging over double what my insurance company says is normal and 3rd party reviewed. Won't negotiate -- $529 for 20 min and four stitches, just for the Dr -- the hospital bill is separate.

Ive been calling for over 8 months with my updated insurance, and every time I call they said " we didn't have that info in our system, we will bill insurance and get an updated bill". Each and every month when I get a bill I have to call back again because they STILL haven't billed insurance! Now I get a final notice saying they're sending me to collections for a bill that's almost a year that they STILL won't send to insurance!

Terrible experience with this company. I had to visit the ER and received multiple bills to my current address but ECS decided to send the bill to my old address, to their credit I had only be at my new address FOR 4 YEARS!!!! Why could everyone else get billing correct. Then to compound it they sent it to collections who tried contacting... you guessed it my old address and phone because that's what ECS gave them. Collections puts this on my credit report and I did't see it until I try to apply for a home loan, credit destroyed and this is the only negative thing on the report. Even better I've left 10+ messages for Lisa Hayes @ ECS to try to figure out how this happened and she has chosen not to call back.
