My cat, Bentley and I had a wonderful experience at this vet. He hurt his leg and was not feeling well due to the pain and shock. I took him in and they were very kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and let me know the different price options for his care. I did not have a cat carrier and was holding him in my arms so I knew this would make things a little more challenging. They were able to get me into a room with him right away. I had a blanket with him and they made sure to hold him in it, knowing it would be more comfortable. The receptionist was great when we were checking out. She held him for me while I finished my paper work and payment. The vet and assistants were attentive and kind.  Overall a stress free experience when it is normally a worrisome time.

The clinic director is very knowledgeable and has scene every emergency scenario. I like best is they don't give you the pressure of going with all recommended treatment if you either don't have the funds or don't find it necessary. I hate when vet hospitals play on our love and guilt of our pets.

Heartless vet on call, cold and uncomfortable person to talk to.  I’m crying over my pet and she is forcing me to make a quick decision on the spot.  Oh and she wasn’t suppose to be on call that night, we ruined her evening.  Well my life was flipped upside down!   I would of spent all the money in the world to save her.  In the end, I had to let her go.  $2700 later and my baby was gone.  Seriously second guessing the diagnosis now after reading all the comments.

Let me start by saying that your job is not a difficult one. You take advantage of people's love for their pets. You're a necessary evil and nothing more. I could do your job if I had the medical equipment and that's the part that infuriates me the most.

The doctor here is also the owner and just another heartless vet that's only in it for the money. Typical of this industry... takes advantage of your love for your pet and charges outrageous prices. The quality of care is substandard at best. Its quite literally extortion since they know you have no option but to trust that they will provide the care your animal needs to survive... at any cost. Doesn't do what's in the best interest of the animal, just what's in the best interest of his bank account.

People like this is why the world sucks.

This place welcomed my family gave us great service. From the minute we called to walking in and leaving they were concerned and listened and helped my dog in every way. The prices were fantastic. We even got a follow up call to check on our baby. The receptionist knew how to help us smile when we were worried and guided us on how to care for my dog. I give this place a plus 100 !!
