Dr. John is absolutely amazing! He has taking great care of my son. My son has had a bad experience with a dentist, to the point of him having a yelling, kicking fit to go to back. I was referred to Dr. John and from my first phone call to the office, they were very helpful and listened to my concerns. My 7 year old was in pain and they got him in the next morning and they also walked me through what to do about his pain. When I got there, the staff was wonderful on helping my son feel comfortable. My son had to have some procedures done over the course of weeks. By the 3rd time of going in, my son was feeling so comfortable with Dr. John, he was asking me to get ready so he could go to the dentist. I couldn’t ask for anyone better, Dr. John and the staff are truly the best! I would recommend him 100 times out of 100.

Most personable staff I’ve ever come across. Dr. Emhardt and his team are attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr. Emhardt exudes a sense of comfort as he takes the time to explain each and every step in the process whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complicated treatment. I was amazed with how my 8-year old son reacted to the care provided. Calm, content, and compliant. Shelbyville just received a gem!

This place was absolutely a wonderful place, they were all awesome with my daughter!! Super clean and all the staff was so friendly and great! Helps me breathe wast for my baby to go back for lots more work in her little mouth!!

Was my daughter's first visit to yhe Dentist. They were patient with her and very informative with me about different ways to help take care of her teeth. She handled it extremely well and actually became more social towards the staff as the visit went by. I can tell all of them there truly care about kids and understand the worries and every one of them completely went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely the place to go for your childs first dentist.

Dr. Emhardt and staff did an excellent job with my 10, 8, and 4 year olds. Everyone in the office has a good bedside manner and are very patient with kids. Dr. Emhardt did a nice job of educating me so I could make the best decision in very unfamiliar territory. We will be back in six months.
