Story

Emmanuel, "God with Us," is a welcoming church.

At Emmanuel there are many ways for you to grow spiritually and to be part of a caring outreach to the community and to the world.

Sunday mornings at 9:15 am Adult Sunday School classes are held. Our Worship Service begins at 10:30 am and is followed by our fellowship hour.

Our facilities are fully ADA accessible, there is a ramp to the Sanctuary and an interior elevator making all floors fully accessible. We provide large print bulletins and hearing devices. Our Worship Service is accessible by telephone to the homebound.

Our vision for ministry is inclusive. Our congregation consists of persons of various religious backgrounds. Diversity is welcomed! The tone of our vision for ministry reflects our theology. Acceptance, openness and caring are key ways we understand the gospel message. Many areas of spiritual growth are provided including Sunday School for all ages, Bible Study, Vacation Bible School, Retreats and Mission opportunities.

The fellowship within the congregation is warm, caring and dynamic. We offer fellowship opportunities for all ages including our Youth Group, Women of Emmanuel, Cultures and Friendship International and Men's Fellowship. We also have many fellowship events including our Italian Festival, Oktoberfest, Chamber Music Concerts, Family Movie Nights, hay rides, and ice skating.
