Emmett Arnold is an amazing attorney. He and his staff not only have the knowledge of the laws, but their compassion is wonderful. In situations that involve family law, it can be increasingly stressful, but Mr. Arnold kept me updated every step of the way; more importantly he was able to ease a lot of the emotional nervousness. Divorce is a terrible thing to go through, but Mr. Arnold and his team are wonderful to work with. He was very open at every step along the way and was very quick at processing our paperwork and answering any questions I may have had that popped up along the way. He advocated for me to make an informed decision that was best for everyone involved.

Our family had a very successful experience with Mr. Arnold. When a family member needed legal services, Emmett Arnold came highly recommended and he did not disappoint.  He and his staff were prompt in returning calls and emails, and kept us abreast on the progress of the case throughout. When mediation and negotiations broke down, and court was the only remaining avenue, Mr. Arnold argued the case strongly, was well prepared and , thankfully, our family prevailed. Mr. Arnold and his law firm will continue to be our first choice whenever legal services are needed.

Mr. Arnold provided excellent service in handling my divorce. He was always professional and consistent in preparing and sending documents in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was always available and I would receive a response to email or phone call within 24-48 hours. He was also tough when neccessary in dealing with the opposing counsel, and honest in the advice he provided me even at times when it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear. I appreciated his dedication to my case and also the excellent customer service provided by Ms. Kinney his office assistant. I would definitely use Mr. Arnold for any future legal matters, and would also recommend him to others.
