We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.

I needed repair fast and Emory came to the rescue quickly and professionally. The office scheduled the appointment with ease. The same day service promptly came at the expected time. Carlos inspected the problem and gave suggestions for the possible complications that might occur. Either way with confidence he reassured me he could complete the job and he did! Carlos got right to work and within a short time finished the work. He cleaned up with a smile all in 30 minutes or less.  Job well done and overall great experience. Thank you Emory.

I've used Emory Plumbing 3 times in the last year to clear clogged drains and replace old rusty pipes.  I can highly recommend them and will continue to use them when I have plumbing needs.  I especially appreciate the way Carlos took care of the problems and communicated with the cause of the problem.  They responded quickly, effectively, and are reasonably priced.

I needed a quick appointment for evaluation on a new home purchase.  The realtor booked the appointment and I called to inquire about payment options.  The staff was super friendly and I really appreciate that they give military discount.  The whole interaction was effortless and very customer friendly.

The water heater in our rental unit died leaving our tenant without hot water.  We called Emory Plumbing in the morning, were quoted a fair price, and they replaced the water heater before the end of the day.  They handled everything for us including contacting our tenant to confirm the schedule.  As an out-of-town landlord, I highly value their exceptional customer service and fast response.  The problem was fixed and our tenant was happy.  Thank you Emory Plumbing for a job well done.  We will continue to rely on your company as our go-to partner for plumbing related needs.
