My husband and I received a free estimate for all our windows and a patio door. Bill the salesman went over our options and he was fair and very patient. The windows were installed and the installers did a clean job, they even went above and beyond when they trimmed around the patio door. The windows are beautiful! It is a blessing to find a company where their core value is integrity.

The sales rep Mike Gold was superb. Demonstration on windows, quality of construction and guarantee of long standing company.  Excellent service technicians. I have already recommended Mike to several of my friends looking for windows.

I had Empire install 14 new windows and a 6' patio door in 2014. I ordered them in January and had them installed in February. The were quick, cleaned up everything and all windows and doors looked great and operated correctly. 2 years later I had one lower window fog on the inside. Contacted Empire, gave them the window serial number, and in a month they came out and installed the replacement, of course no charge. I am very satisfied and happy with the performance and customer service.

I am very happy with Empire Windows.  I purchased a new front door and five sets of sliding glass doors.  Has really improved both the outside and inside of my condo.  Mark the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and received  quick approval from the condo association.  When neighbors ask who did my doors, I say gladly "Empire Windows and Doors".  Two of my neighbors purchase their new windows and/or doors from Mark.

I filled out a form online for an estimate. I received a phone call the following day. I was asked if "Mr." would be available to attend the appointment.  Are you serious?  I am a single woman and I make my own decisions. For a company to ask me this is insulting. Are men asked if the "Mrs." will be there?  Guess what?  You just lost a sale. You may want to revise what you say to potential customers.  I would advise avoiding asking sexist, demeaning questions.
