Great company! They fit us in their schedule the same day, arrived on time and fixed our electrical problem in one visit. And, called to follow up the next day to be sure everything was still working.

Prompt and professional service! I had an emergency of sorts with the smoke detectors malfunctioning one morning. I could not shut off the piercing alarm sounds even after I replaced the batteries. I called Enchanted Electric and I got the problem fixed in a shot while. C.D. went to the store to obtain parts needed to repair the issue, addressed faulty wiring and made the necessary repairs. Service was very prompt and professional. I would recommend this business anytime.

Enchanted Electric came to my rescue on Christmas Eve when all other businesses were closed. PNM had removed my meter leaving me without water for the holiday weekend. My crisis went from hell to heaven as a result of Enchanted Electric. The service was prompt and excellent. I had the feeling I was in caring, competent hands. The job got done quickly and efficiently and the next day there was a follow up visit to assure that all was working as it should. It's rare these days to find excellent, caring service in situations that matter. I would definitely recommend Enchanted Electric. ~~Paulette Frankl
