Customer Service is horrible. Kate, Janelle and Adrain always sound mad. They must not be happy in their jobs. The well not change my  smoke detector. They allowed upstairs neighbor to light an open pit fire. Where do I go with no back door. I warn you these are deathtraps. One of my neighbors dryer went on fire and it wrecked the apartment but the would not move her. Or fix her dryer. They raise the rent every end of lease to $230 dollars. They do not keep up the property. The decision s the management make are dangerous. These apartments are deathtraps... Beware

You will regret living here. The walls are thin and you hear too much. The rents are the highest in the area for substandard living. There are many options in the area for better and less money.

Outstanding service! Very peaceful! The staff is amazing and the Manager Linda is wonderful! The entire staff truly make this place a miraculous place to live! :)

Do not move here... This company has zero organization or customer service skills. My family had paid everyone of our bills on time and paid every last penny that was due on our account. TWO YEARS LATER, after hearing NOTHING from them, we received a phone call from a collections agency asking us to pay our final bill for the second time!! They claimed they never received it. Our organization and accounting proved otherwise. We found the receipts we paid them and we proved that no infact they were wrong and had sent our paperwork to collections by mistake. Any company that has that major of an error deserves to be publicly notified and reviewed of their almost critical mistake to their once great renters, now highly disappointed renters.
